El Chicote’s experience, which has accumulated over the years, is noticeable in the recipes that has developed over a period of four decades and that are continuously requested by its clientele. Such is the case of “Chicote Sea bass” and the “Baby beef”, two of the oldest and favorite plates in the menu. Little over 30% of the restaurant’s recipes were created by the owner, this guarantees and exclusive originality. It’s said that, the method that has always been used is to present new innovations and the ones approved by the public are incorporated in the menu.
